Spring Gardening FAQ

1.Are the sessions in Scarborough?

Yes, however they are close to Toronto Zoo area, so accessible from Markham and Pickering. Sessions are once a week on Saturdays. Thursday slot is fully booked.

2. Is it $85 for one session?

No! Total cost for Spring is $85, which includes $25 for tools and all supplies (gloves not included) and $10 for each 6 sessions.

3. Is it $85 for both summer and spring?

If signing up for spring only, the cost of program is $85, but if doing both, there's a price plan for $35/month for upto 4 months.

4. Can I bring my 2 year old to play in Soil?

This is not the nature of this program. In shaa Allaah you can check out Baby Time where children play with soil and create mud art. Begins in May.

5. Can I sign up for summer only?

The answer is...Maybe. Spots are not guaranteed. The children continuing from spring will have their planned plot and plants in ground so your child may not get to input much. They may still be able to garden.

6. Can I drop-off my 8 year old?

Yes, you may as we are on a school property.

7. We are not sure about summer. Can we just do spring?
